Anyone know of a great anti-spam, although I have to pay for it?

I have McAffee and SPAMfighter suite (free), but the Yahoo e-mail still get a lot of spam. None other than the Comcast e-mail. So once again, excellent Anti Spam?

Norton Anti-Virus is the best on the market, I have spent over five years. and my team have never been infected and I can not get spam, I highly recommend.
