Delegate wants to give injured military free fishing licenses
Last week I wrote about a bill that would require saltwater anglers 16 years or older to buy a license to fish in Virginia. Well, not everyone would have to pay if a law under consideration in the House of Delegates is approved by the General Assembly and Gov. Bob McDonnell.
