Does anyone know how to configure the heuristic option in Symantec Premium Anti Spam?

I have deployed Symantec Premium Anti Spam on an SBS box with Exchange running. The heuristic option is grayed out. There is no way to create your own policy, either. The operating instructions are good but a bit short to answer questions. This is version 5 has an addition to the Tour Premium. The license is active and shows 344 days left, but only the default settings are changed. Settings for SPAM detection was set at 25, but still a lot of spam is that they arrived. I’m using some RBL providers default whitelist / blacklist. If I can figure out how to activate the heuristic level could have some control.

All SPAM idiot, all you have to do is not open.
Spam is for all users internet.Asà that you need to do more than wait for one to get spam, and Symantec Anti-Spam will talk about the action you want to do with the spam it detects.
