e-crime costs businesses € 250 a year, survey shows

Attempts to infect users’ computers increase by over 25%
08 June 2010 Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, has reported that over 327 million attempts were made to infect users’ computers in different countries around the world during the first three months of 2010. This is a 26.8% rise on the previous quarter.

E-crime costs firms €250m a year, survey reveals
A MAJOR survey undertaken by the Irish Small & Medium Enterprises Association, (ISME) has confirmed that computer related e-crime is costing firms €250 million annually.
