How can I get someone’s name removed from my spam blocker?

For some reason, my good friend, eledscott48 @ msn. com can not get your mail through me. Must be in my spam blocker and I want to delete.

Well, you’re the one put him there, and who alone can remove. While viewing the screen of your e-mail, to the right, click Options, then click on Block Addresses.
