How can I stop email forgery of a network?

I am using Exchange Server 2007 with anti-spam protection. I also run your email through a firewall barracuda. I still get fake emails via (e-mail saying that the sender’s address is the same receiver.) Barracuda has not helped much to help. Has anyone else found a way to stop them?
