How to block spam e-mail when you view my address as the sender?

I have a company email and constantly get e-mail and such products ED. They do not allow you to unsubscribe from the ads out, and apparently my own email address as the sender!

Exchange? You can block and the IP address or IP addresses or domain names. Ask your IT administrator.
