How to stop spam from pouring into my mail?

Spam messages are still pouring almost daily e-mail. How can I stop this right now? Please help me. . . Will greatly appreciate any advice in advance útil.Gracias with tips.

right mouse button to remove and then click
Open Messenger and look at the bottom to unsubscribe icon, click it and add in the e-mail, WaaaLaaa!
go to settings and contacts, click the block or junk mail controls and change
use Gmail.
